Gravel Driveways
A gravel driveway is only as good as what is underneath it. We excavate soft spots, shape the crown and drainage, compact a stone base, and finish with the right top course—typically crusher run or washed stone—so the drive sheds water instead of rutting. We also widen, extend, and regrade existing driveways that have washed out or gone soft.
Is This Right for Your Yard?
- Ruts, potholes, and mud where the old gravel has disappeared
- A new home or shop on acreage that needs a driveway or parking pad
- Water running down the drive and washing out the low end
How We Approach It
- Check the route, slope, and where water needs to go
- Excavate, install fabric where the ground is soft, and compact a stone base
- Shape the crown, add the top course, and finish the edges and drainage
The finished result: A firm, well-drained driveway or parking area that stays usable in February and in July.
