We serve the Greater Triangle from a Raleigh base: Raleigh, Knightdale, Garner, Wendell, Zebulon, Rolesville, Wake Forest, Clayton, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, and Durham. Not always. If the gate is unlocked and pets are secured, we can often look at the property, text you with questions, and follow up without you taking time off.

Yes. We build new gravel driveways and parking pads, and we regrade, widen, and repair existing ones. Every driveway gets a compacted stone base, a proper crown, and drainage so it does not rut or wash out.

Pennington Signature Series tall fescue is a strong fit for many partly shaded yards. Compadre and Zeon Zoysia, TifTuf and Tifway Bermuda, or centipede can be better for the right sunny site. We look at light, drainage, soil, and how the lawn is used before recommending a grass.

Yes. Depending on the site and supplier availability, we install Pennington Signature Series tall fescue, Compadre and Zeon Zoysia, TifTuf and Tifway Bermuda, and centipede. The best choice depends on sun, drainage, soil, traffic, and how much winter color you want.

We handle the core outdoor work listed on this site. For irrigation, tree work, fencing, and other specialty trades outside our scope, we can point you toward trusted local teams and help coordinate the handoff when it makes sense for the project.

Yes—and that is usually the right order. We trace where water comes from, correct the grade where possible, and add drainage where it is needed before any new lawn or hardscape goes in.

Plan on light foot traffic while it roots, usually two to three weeks depending on the season and watering. You will get a simple watering and mowing plan for the first few weeks.
