Raleigh is where we are based and where we spend most of our time. The city covers a lot of ground: mature oaks and older drainage in Five Points, Oakwood, and Hayes Barton; wooded, rolling lots in North Raleigh; newer subdivisions and infill east of downtown toward Knightdale and Wendell.
Most of Raleigh sits on red Piedmont clay. It holds water after storms and shrinks in August, so shortcuts show up quickly. We look at grade and drainage when the lot needs it, then help you add the lawn, patio, and planting you want to live with.
